Equity has launched a new website to support the campaign for higher pay and improved conditions in theatres outside the West End.
Over the coming months Equity will use the blog to keep members across the country up-to-date with the news from the campaign.
The blog will also allow members to have their say as you can comment on every post.

Equity has moved to follow the success of the campaign for improved wages in the West End to demand improved pay and better allowances for members working in the subsidised repertory theatre sector.
The current minimum wage in the sector is just £350 per week for performers and just £322 for assistant stage managers and Equity believes that these low minimum wages undervalue the work our members do and the contribution they make to an industry that receives substantial funds from the Arts Council.
